From the time my marriage was decided till the actual marriage took place I did not have any source from whom I could get all the required details. I had to visit numerous stores, bookshops, boutiques, websites, etc in order to get the information I desired. I was truly clueless about marriage events, shopping for my trousseau, venues and my budget.
For some people the answer might be â€! œWhy don’t you get a Wedding Planner who can take care of al! l these hassles?†True but does everyone in India have that much budget to hire one and secondly after I hire a wedding planner, I might have limited options to choose from.
I came across of books related to weddings but all of them were based on Western Culture which clearly has a different concept with regards to their preparations, invitations and events. I somehow could not relate with these books since our Indian way of wedding is very elaborate and grand
